Human-verified remote guarding
Cybros Lookout turns compatible cameras into an active response layer. Trained operators verify activity, intervene through Live Voice, follow your escalation plan, and document what happened.
The response gap
Traditional CCTV can preserve the story of a loss. Lookout is designed to change what happens while the story is still unfolding.
Movement appears on a camera.
A raw alert is sent or ignored.
The loss is discovered later.
Footage is searched for evidence.
An operator checks the scene.
Your playbook decides what comes next.
Live Voice or escalation begins.
The outcome is documented.
One accountable operating loop
Every site is different. The discipline stays the same.
Compatible cameras and analytics surface activity inside the zones and schedules you choose.
A trained operator reviews the scene against your Site Protection Profile before action is taken.
When approved for your site, Live Voice lets the operator challenge a person while the event is unfolding.
Owners, keyholders, patrol partners, or other agreed contacts receive context through the defined escalation chain.
The event, evidence, operator decisions, and notifications are brought together in a clear incident record.
External response is subject to the agreed site playbook, local requirements, and available delivery partners.
Coverage that fits the risk
Choose the operating mode that matches what is happening at your site.
When something happens
Lookout filters camera activity through trained verification and your site rules. The objective is simple: intervene early when the situation is real, and avoid waking your team for noise.
An operator checks what the camera is showing before following the response plan.
Approved sites can receive a direct audio challenge through compatible on-site speakers.
Calls and messages follow the contacts, order, and conditions agreed for each site.
Relevant clips, timestamps, notes, and actions are organised for review and follow-up.
Before and after an alarm
Remote guarding is not only about alarms. Lookout can support scheduled operations that help your team open, close, and move through the day with fewer blind spots.
Operators perform scheduled camera sweeps using a route built around your priority areas.
Opening activity can be observed against an agreed checklist and escalation procedure.
The site can be checked for agreed closing conditions before the team leaves.
Offline, obstructed, or degraded cameras can be surfaced before they become lasting blind spots.
When an event feed is not enough
Dedicated Watch provides purchased-hours coverage when a site, incident, delivery, lone worker, or high-risk period needs continuous attention rather than event-triggered review.
Reserve a defined watch window around the time and cameras that matter.
The operator works from a clear objective, permitted actions, and escalation contacts.
The selected feeds are watched for the conditions defined in the brief.
Receive a record of notable activity, actions, and the outcome of the coverage window.
Your site. Your rules.
Before monitoring begins, we map the cameras, zones, schedules, authorised actions, voice scripts, and escalation contacts for the site. Operators work from that profile instead of a generic script.

When authorisedAccountability after the moment
Lookout brings the event and the response together so you can understand what happened, what was done, and what the site may need next.
Incident record
Bring clips, timestamps, operator notes, interventions, notifications, and the observed outcome into one reviewable record.
Operational intelligence
Review recurring activity, vulnerable times, repeat zones, camera issues, and response outcomes across the site or portfolio.
Camera health
Surface cameras that are offline, obstructed, degraded, or no longer covering the scene they were meant to protect.
Where Lookout fits
Especially valuable where assets sit outside, teams leave at night, or one manager is responsible for several locations.
Watch materials, machinery, fuel stores, access points, and exposed perimeters after hours.
Cover loading areas, gates, internal routes, and the handover between operational shifts.
Add verified response around storefronts, stock areas, car parks, and vulnerable closing periods.
Monitor outdoor inventory, boundary activity, key areas, and unauthorised movement across the lot.
Apply a site-specific response plan while giving management a consistent view across locations.
Watch gates, corridors, access hours, and unusual activity across distributed camera zones.
The 7-night Proof Pilot

Straight answers
Need to discuss a recorder, camera model, site rule, or escalation route?
Talk through your siteOften, no. Lookout is designed to work with compatible IP cameras, recorders, and audio equipment. We begin with a technical assessment so you know what can be retained, what needs configuration, and whether any gaps must be addressed.
A trained operator reviews the camera scene and checks it against your Site Protection Profile before following the agreed action. The operator is there to add context that a raw motion alert cannot provide.
You decide the escalation chain during onboarding. The launch default is owner or keyholder first. Patrol, emergency, or other third-party escalation is used only where it is agreed, lawful, and available for the site.
Operators assess the scene before escalating. Routine movement, weather, wildlife, staff, and authorised activity can be handled according to the site rules instead of being passed to your team as unexplained notifications.
They are scheduled operating checks. SafeOpen supports agreed opening procedures, while SafeClose checks agreed closing conditions. Each service is configured around your site, staff process, and escalation rules.
Normal event monitoring is triggered by activity. Dedicated Watch is continuous human observation for purchased hours and selected feeds, used for a defined high-risk period, incident, delivery, lone-worker activity, or temporary coverage need.
Access, retention, permissions, and evidence delivery are defined during onboarding to match the service design and applicable requirements. Incident records are limited to the information needed for review, accountability, and agreed follow-up.
We assess compatibility, build an initial Site Protection Profile, establish normal activity, run agreed monitoring, and review the results with you. The pilot is subject to technical fit and coverage availability.
